One more television channel to treat the people of Karnataka and elsewhere. It is Janasri from the mining lords of Karnataka Janardhana Reddy and brothers of Bellary went on air at 9.45 am on 18th of February 2011.
Banking on ‘9’ factor and on the 15 plus new programs ‘Janasri’ boats of good team like Sanjeev Betageri, BKS Murthy, Ananth Chinivar, TR Manjunath, Murali G Rao, Thirumalesh Desai, KH Savithri and others in the team with able guidance from tabloid king Ravi Belegere.
What is interesting is that there are already channels from Sun Network – Udaya, Udaya News, Udaya comedy, Udaya Songs, Kasthuri, ETV, Zee Kannada, Suvarana entertainment, Suvarana 24x7, Samaya TV, Sankara TV, cable TV private operators and above all the senior most player is Doordarshan – Chandana that has the highest penetration after Udaya TV.
The rank number one among the private satellite channels is Udaya TV from Sun Network. Others are sharing a few percentage of penetration despite of doing good job.
